All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time to the continental United States is 2-5 business days. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. Once your order is packaged for shipment, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking info, and another confirmation email once the package has been delivered.
All shipments are packed in our personalized signature packaging. You may request shoe boxes for your order by calling or emailing Customer Service upon placing your order. For orders of (5) or more pairs, there will be additional shipping charges if you need the shoe boxes, as this will require us to use an oversize carton, resulting in higher shipping costs.
PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) that exceed $75 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied (customer must use code: freeship at checkout). Free shipping discount cannot be combined with any other offers/discounts.
For large iems or large orders of 5 or more pairs we will ship the shoes without the individual shoe boxes. The reason is that if we were to include the individual boxes, it would require the an oversized carton to be used, therefore, resulting in higher shipping charges. If you need the shoes packed with the boxes, and are willing to pay the additional shipping charges, you may request us to pack the shoes with the boxes, and we would notify you of the additional shipping charges once we get the shipping quote. If you need your order shipped with the boxes, you MUST leave a note in the "notes" box at checkout or give us a call once your order has been placed and notify us.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery.
A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, the delivery carrier will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.
If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable you will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us for it to be resent back to you. This also applies to packages returned because of an invalid address/name. You are responsible for providing us with correct shipping information.
***Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for any lost, theft or undeliverable packages. All packages are subject to the terms and conditions of USPS and UPS.
